things to do

Of course, you can visit Málaga, a wonderful city for shopping, wandering around, enjoying delicious food and a huge selection of restaurants. Terraces on every street corner, with plenty of charming boutiques and fantastic rooftop bars. A beautiful harbor and beach perfect for relaxing, swimming, or enjoying fish at a local chiringuito.

You can also rent a bike, visit a museum, book a Segway tour, walk to the viewpoint above the city, or simply relax on a terrace.

The city is easily accessible, 20 minutes by car or train from the village.

There are several beaches nearby, about a 20- to 30-minute drive away. We can provide beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and a cooler bag with items for a small fee.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 50-minute drive away. Ronda, a beautiful white village, is about an hour away. And if you're looking for a bit more adventure, the Caminito del Rey, an hour's drive away, is also well worth a visit.

The Alhambra in Granada is easily reached within a 2-hour drive, and from there it is another half hour to the Sierra Nevada where you can ski in the winter.

All in all, you certainly won't be bored!

The nearest village , Estación de Cártama, is a 5-minute drive from the casita and has everything you need.

There are several restaurants, terraces, ice cream parlors, and bars; as well as various large supermarkets, including Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl, and Aldi, and many small shops and bakeries. There are also several banks, a first aid clinic, and a private clinic.

Every Sunday from 9am to 2pm there is a small market.
