The casita has been completely renovated and is located on the terrain of our finca, offering complete privacy.
The spacious garden, which is well-screened off from the finca for plenty of freedom, is a delight to spend time in. The casita is accessible from the parking area via a private entrance, which is illuminated in the evening.
The covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax at the dining table or in the comfortable lounge area. Additionally, there are several seating areas scattered throughout the spacious garden.
A ready-to-use jacuzzi is situated on a large area of artificial grass that connects to the terrace (lovely for walking barefoot).
This jacuzzi is for the private use of the casita guests.
In the summer, it can be used as a 'plunge pool' for cooling down, and of course, you can aldo enjoy the bubbles.
In the winter months, it's a perfect spot to unwind, even during colder days and evenings.
layout
The casita consists of a large bedroom accommodating up to 4 people (a double bed and a sturdy bunk bed; all equipped with good quality mattresses).
In addition, there is a living area with a sofa (that can be used as a sofa bed) and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, electric juicer, toaster, blender, microwave, hob, small air fryer, and extractor fan.
There are also plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, and ample cooking utensils.
Outside, on the covered terrace, there is a gas BBQ, ready to use with a connected gas cylinder, along with a pizza stone and a paella pan.
Both rooms have air conditioning, which also provides heating in the winter, and a ceiling fan.
The new bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, lovely soft towels, as well as towels for use at the jacuzzi and the beach.
The maximum number of guests that the casita can accommodate is 4 (one double bed and 2 children or adults on the sofa bed or in the bunk bed).

Enjoy our garden, which is filled with many fruit trees and flowers.
In the winter, you can pick the oranges straight from the tree for a glass of fresh juice!
Furthermore, you can enjoy the jacuzzi, also in the evening.
There is plenty of cosy (solar) lighting available.
